Order Management Representative Start Date: April 28th Pay Rate: $22.00/hr (paid weekly) Location: Loveland, CO, 80538 Schedule: Will be assigned an 8-hour shift within the 6 am to 6 pm MST hours of operation. Job Description * Support customers via telephone, online chat and email with order entry for placement and status updates, and pre-sale specifications. * Provide prompt, accurate answer to order/tracking questions and process order entry requests from customers through telephone, online and email. * Input customer orders and customer transactions into the company's order entry database. * Checks and releases various order holds as assigned for the position. * Assists with requests on pricing, shipping, product availability, terms and conditions and item information. * Identify and enter sales leads. *This is not a data manipulation or order entry role. This is a order management and PO processing role. Desired Skills & Qualifications* * 1 to 2+ years of recent experience in customer service, order management/entry, etc. * Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. * Coachability is required. * Someone technically inclined (does not need to know pivot tables, v look ups, etc.); this is not data manipulation but more accuracy within the order management. * Someone who is OK with making mistakes, is patient and can trust the process/self (team will guide them as long as they do the work). * Strong attention to detail and ability to look at many different line items with accuracy. * High school diploma or GED required. * Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Excel & Outlook) required. * Critical thinking and multi-tasking skills required. NICE TO HAVE * Bachelor's or Associates degree preferred * Experience in Salesforce and Oracle/Oracle Fusion preferred * Bilingual (Spanish or French) preferred * Candidates that are "Gamers" * Someone that comes from the Geek Squad from Best Buy * Someone that works on computers for a hobby Thank you for your consideration and please apply directly with an updated resume.
