This position will support local businesses relating to hardware, software, cloud, data, and security at a tier 2 level. This role will support a newly expanded office space and headcount for our client. During the first month of the position, Technicians will shadow current staff, then transition to more individual work. *Duties* * Provide workstation, hardware, WIN10/11, software, and break/fix support. * Work with some IMAC products involving PC installs, moves, adds and changes * Image devices in support of break/fix support requests. * Hands on with asset recovery, tagging, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures. * Install customer approved software outside the scope of the installed base image. * Troubleshoot printer issues. * Interact with end-users during "walk-up" support at the Client Center "Tech Bar." * Manage tickets and document updates. * Direct end-users to mobile device return drop boxes. * Package mobile devices and prepare for shipping to disposal vendor. * Maintain workstation operations and customer satisfaction. * Participate in implementing deskside support methodologies, processes, and procedures. * Work in a team and/or independently, demonstrating problem solving skills. * Image and configuring systems PC systems. * Troubleshoot network adapters, wireless, and vpn clients. * Hands on with Microsoft Office installations, repair, and general application support (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point). *Additional* * Excellent customer service skills required. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to create and maintain detailed documentation. * Ability to interact effectively in a team environment. * Aptitude to multitask workloads. * Ability to resolve difficult customer situations and escalate issues when appropriate. * Consistent follow-through assigned tasks. * Ability to prioritize tasks and complete assignments in a timely manner. *Work Environment* * Corporate/Enterprise. * Will travel 40% of time. * Primarily providing hardware/software support in-person. * The dress code is business casual. * Monday-Friday. No Weekends. * 1st Shift hours. *Schedule* * Monday-Friday. * 1st shift hours. * Saturday & Sunday Off. * Federal Holidays Off. *Compliance* * Drug Test Required; Background Check Required. * Current Security Clearance is a nice to have, but not required. *Start Date & Interviews* * 2-Step Interview process * 1st step virtual via MS Teams * 2nd step onsite, in-person * Interviews April 10-18 * Start Date May 5, 2025 *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $26.00/hr.
