APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Penn State Multimedia and Print Center is seeking a Print Services Associate. This is an in-person position at University Park Campus and is responsible for meeting with faculty, staff and students to discuss, recommend and evaluate their printing and mailing needs. This position is defined as floating and is assigned to work in the Multimedia and Print Center. Based on the University's organizational needs in the future, the position may be assigned to support other work areas. Print Services Associates discuss and advise customers on print and mail services. Responsibilities include reviewing print and mail project requests, determining feasibility, estimating costs; coordinating and monitoring production; troubleshooting issues and facilitating resolutions; completing business transactions; may process passport applications.
Education and Experience: Minimum requirement is an Associates degree plus four (4) years of relevant experience. Or, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
