Staffmark is seeking a talented Lead CNC Operator to join a reputable manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. If you possess the leadership skills and experience to lead a team, we want to connect with you!

Qualifications:



  • 1+ years of CNC machining experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Able to consistently lift 50 pounds
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on safety



Shift Details



  • 2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 2 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Pay Range | $19.50 - $20 per hour (depending on experience) + 5% differential



Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate wood parts from MDF boards
  • Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
  • Utilize computerized equipment to ensure precise measurements
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient workflow
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational guidelines
