GENERAL FUNCTION
The People Transformation Director will lead initiatives to enhance employee experience, foster organizational agility, and cultivate a high-performance culture. This role will work closely with senior leaders, HR, and key stakeholders to implement change management strategies and optimize workforce potential.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute people transformation strategies aligned with business objectives to ensure workforce agility and sustainability.
- Lead large-scale change initiatives, fostering a people-centric, high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape workforce strategies that align with business growth and transformation goals.
- Lead organizational design initiatives for structural efficiency, clear reporting lines, and optimal resource allocation.
- Design scalable, future-ready organizational structures adaptable to market changes and growth.
- Define governance models, decision-making frameworks, and collaboration mechanisms to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support transformation programs in collaboration with HRBPs and Talent Team to identify the right talent mix.
- Redesign business processes to eliminate redundancies and leverage automation for improved efficiency.
- Implement lean and agile methodologies to drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.
- Partner with Finance to ensure cost-effective workforce planning and scalability.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the impact of transformation initiatives.
- Use data analytics and predictive insights to inform decision-making and measure workforce productivity.
- Define role structures, competency frameworks, and job architectures to enhance efficiency and talent utilization.
- Partner with L&D to implement upskilling and reskilling programs, addressing skill gaps and future-proofing workforce capabilities.
- Leverage HR tech, AI analytics, and workforce planning tools to enhance decision-making and streamline HR operations.
- Implement HR digital transformation, including self-service platforms, automation, and data-driven talent management.
- Stay ahead of HR industry trends and integrate innovations into the company's people strategy.
- Align people transformation with business priorities, fostering a high-performance leadership culture.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to leaders and managers.
- Define and track success metrics, ensuring continuous evolution of HR and organizational strategies.
- Conduct impact assessments and employee feedback loops to refine transformation initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between business outcomes, workforce development, and employee engagement strategies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, organizational transformation, or change management leadership roles.
- Proven track record of driving large-scale people transformation initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Strong understanding of HR data analytics to measure successful organizational design.
- Expertise in organizational development best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with effective execution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of retail, marketing, or medical networks.
- Consulting background in People Segment or Consumer Industry.
Pay Range: 172,869.60-240,179.20
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
