Position: Technical Implementation Lead

Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456

Job Duties: The Technical Implementation Lead is responsible for the following: representing the SWP Technical Team as the Implementations Lead for new and existing client implementations; planning and managing multiple client onboardings and implementations running in parallel with US and UK clients; working with the client-facing implementation team and various teams in planning and execution of client implementations; coordinating existing Client Products requiring Data Conversion, Data staging, Configuration, and/or resource support; works with SWP Technical Team activities to ensure deliverables are produced to fulfill project milestones and team obligations; identifying resolutions for project issues and the mitigation of identified risks, communicating to both client and SEI key stakeholders; designing, developing, testing, and implementing multiple concurrent large-scale business and technology integration projects supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications/systems and working with the technical teams executing these various services; creating and executing a customized Scaled Agile framework for software development, testing, and development operations; utilizing MS SQL to create customized code for aggregating data elements across database structures, validating data conditions and behavior, reporting errors, and developing necessary remediation to correct invalid data conditions; using standard technical environments, including Java, J2EE, BEA WebLogic Server, Kafka, Kubernetes, Oracle, Informatica, Business Objects, and MQ Series, along with custom workflow; designing, testing, and the communication of end-user focused data validation activities and ability to present data to a non-technical audience effectively in both written and verbal formats; and utilizing trust processing and wealth management software systems focused on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients-the functionality on these systems includes: account administration, portfolio management, cash processing, securities movement and statements, among others.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Applied Computer Science, or related field plus six years with experience in development and implementation of software applications. Must also possess six (6) years of experience in each of the following: design, development, testing, and implementation of multiple concurrent large-scale business and technology integration projects supporting domestic and global investment processing services applications/systems and managing the technical teams executing these various services; creating and executing a customized Scaled Agile framework for software development, testing, and development operations; with the utilization of MS SQL to create customized code for aggregating data elements across database structures, validating data conditions and behavior, reporting errors, and developing necessary remediation to correct invalid data conditions; standard technology environments, including Java, J2EE, BEA WebLogic Server, Kafka, Kubernetes, Oracle, Informatica, Business Objects, and MQ Series, along with custom workflow; designing, testing, and communication of end-user focused data validation activities and the ability to present data to a non-technical audience effectively in both written and verbal formats; and trust processing and wealth management software systems focused on high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.
