VP/Senior Director, Product Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and customer-centric product marketing leader to join the OCI team that will be responsible for the overall organization; key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategies and roadmaps in alignment with OCIs overall business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and other team members to bring new multicloud features and services to market.
• Understand market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in the cloud and hyperscaler domain
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, understand their challenges, and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow an impactful product marketing team.
• Foster strong partnerships with strategic partners.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver on product achievements and ensure a seamless customer experience.

As a vice president in product marketing, you will be responsible for driving awareness and leading the development of company marketing initiatives and specifications for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Manage marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan to meet company objectives. Monitor the development of business plans and business results of e-marketing. Manage lifecycles and product positioning in the marketplace. Identify customer needs, oversee market research, and monitor the market trends/competitive landscape. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns. Act as a technical advisor for OCI, Initiate and foster relationships with development, sales, and other groups to develop new products or enhance functionality of existing product(s) or product line(s). Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
