Experience hands on with the platform when needed to assist To be responsible for the overall management, administration, and strategic direction of the Service Now platform in partnership with the Service Now Governance Committee. This role involves ensuring that effective and efficient use of Service Now as a platform to support business workflows, improve service delivery, increase automation and drive operational excellence. The Director, ServiceNow Platform will be able to manage requests and improvement initiatives against resource availability and competing priorities. By continuously monitoring functionality, performance, and metrics, the Director, will directly impact the efficiency, productivity and service delivery to our organization. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $110.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
