Responsibilities

• Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure network solutions that meet business needs and align with industry best practices.
• Lead design reviews and provide technical guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to established standards and best practices.
• Conduct thorough assessments of networking requirements and translate them into detailed design specifications and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define network requirements and translate them into actionable design specifications.
• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies and methodologies to optimize network performance and reliability.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational goals.
• Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize network resources and improve overall efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network designs, configurations, and standards.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex network issues, leveraging tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and NetFlow analysis.
• Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on network design principles and best practices.
• Document network designs, configurations, and changes for compliance and operational purposes.

Technical Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of network design principles, protocols, and architectures.
• Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Wireshark) for performance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, load balancers, and VPN technologies.
• Experience with cloud networking solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ansible) for network management.
• Relevant certifications such as CCIE, CCDP, or equivalent are highly desirable
