We are seeking an
Account Services Specialistto join our dynamic Account Services Department. As the Account Services Specialist at Mascoma Bank, your responsibilities will include ensuring timely processing of annual, monthly and quarterly functions. In this role, you will also support the department by assisting with the daily coverage and providing or ensuring backup is provided when needed. The Account Services Specialist will also Interact with and provide support to department/retail employees on a daily basis. The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A strong aptitude for working with data and ability to produce highly accurate work with excellent proofreading skills will be needed in this role. The candidate will exhibit excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. They will adhere to and upholds all written policies and procedures of the Bank, including BSA/CIP and OFAC monitoring and reporting, security, operation, and personnel policies. The ability to maintain confidentiality and privacy is vital. This position is located at our Operations Center in White River Junction, VT.
