- Leadership and Influence: Lead projects and teams with authority, providing invaluable guidance and mentorship to team members. Skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery of results. Oversee the implementation of operational changes, guaranteeing alignment with organizational goals. Drive business operations forward, streamlining and enhancing organizational policies and procedures. They understand the network map of decision makers and accountable parties in order to effectively leverage them.
- User Acceptance Testing: Responsible for applying and driving the consistent application of MVP's UAT framework. Work closely with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to develop comprehensive test plans that align with business objectives and project requirements. Lead the execution of UAT, proactively managing the testing process, tracking progress, and overseeing the resolution of any defects identified. The role also includes providing process training on the UAT framework and supporting end-users to ensure a smooth transition and successful adoption of new systems and processes.
