As a member of the Professional Services Organization, the Solutions Consultant will help NAVEX's customers realize the potential impact of our risk and compliance management solutions and services, specifically in Integrated Risk Management. You will work directly with our current and prospective customers post sale to assess the potential impact of NAVEX's solution, identify specific business requirements and successfully implement our solution for these organizations.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with our customers assist with implementing NAVEX's Regulatory Change Management solution

  • Research, analyze, and summarize laws, regulations, and guidance for country jurisdictions worldwide related to operating a whistleblower hotline

  • Manage multiple customer-facing projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently with minimal supervision

  • Effectively report and communicate to project teams, including customer stakeholders and internal management teams

  • Develop and initiate project plans and customer documentation to increase effectiveness, awareness and adoption of the solution

  • Utilize company CRM (Salesforce.com) and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Sales and Project Management activities

  • Less than 5% air travel, including overnight stays, may be required

What you'll need:

  • 3+ years of consulting or software implementation experience; Ethics & Compliance industry experience in Privacy, Training, Policy or Ethics a plus

  • Strong analytical, research, and writing abilities

  • Must have a strong interest in Data Privacy; CIPP/E certification is a plus

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments

  • Proven project management skills, presentation skills, project planning experience

  • Experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools (i.e. Microsoft Teams)

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of project management, business requirements analysis and product and industry knowledge (service)

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay rate for this role is $75,000 per annum.
