Position reports to the department Manager/Supervisor. Candidate must be available to work a 10 hour per day, straight shift including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

  1. Electrically troubleshoot weaving equipment.
  1. Train CET's and continuously mentor CET's.
  1. Assist CET's as needed. Assist in scheduling rotating CET positions and fill in for associates on vacation or out sick.
  1. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain auxiliary equipment as assigned.
  1. Identify and implement cost savings projects in the weave room including repairing electronic equipment and finding alternate vendors for electronic equipment.
  1. Manage the motor rewind process.
  1. Manage the boards-repaired-by-vendor process.
  1. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all prep equipment as assigned.
  1. Utilize SAP Maintenance module.
  1. Troubleshoot, repair and maintain extrusion winders.
