Service Supervisor - Marine Services

Mustang Cat is seeking a Service Supervisor to manage, supervise, and perform day-to-day operations of the Marine Services Department.

Service Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Schedule Technicians to expedite repairs
• Monitor shop expenses and Technician overtime
• Produce monthly safety and service meetings, and maintain branch safety folder
• Maintain Bulk Oil records and shop cleanliness standards
• Oversee warranty repairs
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Ensure all invoices are collected on time
• Open, edit, review and invoice work orders
• Communicate with Product Support Sales Representatives and customers regarding the status of repairs
• Represent Mustang Cat in a professional manner in and away from the office

Service Supervisor Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree majoring in Management/Business, Agricultural Mechanics, Construction Science or other technical field (will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of educational requirements)
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role
• Must have a basic understanding of engines, hydraulic systems, transmissions, A/C, air and hydraulic brake systems, and planetary gear assemblies
• Knowledge of SIS is preferred
• Strong computer, communication, and organization skills
• Must be able to work effectively in high-pressure environments
• Committed to providing exceptional Customer First service

Strongly Preferred Experience:

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• Knowledge of Cat Systems
