Description and Requirements The HRIS Sr Specialist will join our Global HRIS team to provide tier 2 support for Workday HCM for North America, Latin America and EMEA regions. In this role you will partner with the HR Service Center, HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to collaboratively troubleshoot, research and resolve production issues. Key areas of support will include payroll, benefits, EIBs, Security and HCM. In addition, this role will partner with senior HRIS project team members to support Workday optimization projects to further leverage best practices and new functionality. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
