Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant to join our highly regarded Business Litigation group. This position is a full-time on-site position.

Key Responsibilities Include:
* Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and file documents such as pleadings, motions, and appeals. Maintain both paper and electronic filing systems.
* Scheduling: Manage attorneys' calendars, schedule meetings, court dates, and travel arrangements. Coordinate conference calls and meetings.
* Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals to schedule meetings and share information.
* Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing binders and exhibits for court and manage case-related information and documents.
* Billing and Invoicing: Process invoices, track payments and assist with the firm's monthly billing process.

Qualifications:
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure. Five plus years of litigation experience recommended.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal terminology, court filing procedures, and case management.
* Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

The estimated starting annual pay range is $28-$43/hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
