In the Strategy Sr Analyst supporting Global MARLO Team, we are seeking a strategic, results-driven leader to guide key initiatives, shape product category strategies, and align cross-functional teams. This role will drive the organization's strategic planning and business planning efforts by defining KPIs, analyzing market and competitor data, and partnering with Product Owners to refine roadmaps. You will also facilitate new product ideation and offer strategic guidance on investment decisions.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Project Management: Lead special digital projects, leveraging data-driven insights to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for impactful initiatives.
• Data-Driven Decision Support: Utilize advanced data analysis tools (e.g., Python) to provide strategic decision support to digital functions.
• Go-To-Market Strategy: Assist in developing and refining our GTM strategy. Contribute to annual planning with accurate information and insights.
• Leadership Collaboration: Partner closely with leadership to drive growth in company priorities.
• Analytical Problem Solving: Utilize data, processes, and technology to creatively solve problems and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborative Working: Engage with cross-functional teams to build scalable processes and solutions.
• Data Analysis and Insights: Dive into complex datasets, extracting insights for strategic recommendations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+13 yrs; Assoc.+9 yrs; M.S.+2 yrs)
• 5 Years of relevant experience in digital strategy, data analysis, or consulting.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Travel requirements: up to 10% Domestic
• Position is on-site in Ft. Worth, Texas
