Your Role

The Analyst, Contract Management is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of Local, Regional or National Account contracts, pricing agreements and amendments with the support or direction of others where needed. Works collaboratively with the various Business Operations functions, Sales, Marketing and Finance to resolve contract set-up and management issues to eliminate billing delays and other customer-facing priorities.

    What you'll be doing

    • Serve as a key contact for assigned Sales Regions to execute contracts, renewals, amendments and related pricing system maintenance and other ad-hoc analysis/reporting as required.
    • Partner with others to resolve contract and pricing related issues in a timely manner.
    • Process all assigned contract related payments accurately and on time.
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of training documents and SOP's as assigned.

    What you will bring

    • Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Commitment to action and ability to maintain productivity under changing circumstances and priorities.
    • Must be able to identify problems, sort relevant information and use sound judgement to propose and implement solutions.
    • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with data and reporting tools such as Cognos or Tableau is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of JD Edwards or similar enterprise system, BAMS or other contract/pricing system is a plus.

    Education / Experience

    • BS / BA and 1+ years of experience in a role with a similar skill set.
    • Previous contracting, medical device, or pharmaceutical company experience preferred.

    We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Vantive, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $64,000 to $88,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and/or long-term incentive.
