In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing omni-channel marketing initiatives that focus on consumer engagement with M365. You'll align with global M365 business core priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs), leverage functional experience and global market insights, and drive attach, quality acquisitions and return on investment (ROI) for investments. With a passion and depth of knowledge across our M365 portfolio, you'll work closely with partners to influence the design of unique Microsoft experiences across channels and at every touchpoint in the customer journey. By collaborating across organizational boundaries, you'll deliver integrated consumer marketing, execution excellence, and brand love. You will act as a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about our marketing investment strategy, leveraging multiple funding sources and optimizing impact to create joint value. By joining the Consumer Channel & Partner Marketing team, you'll collaborate closely with Category and Sales teams globally to drive full-funnel marketing initiatives for M365, an ecosystem increasingly driven by AI innovation. As part of a worldwide team, you'll have the opportunity to glean local learnings and best practices from diverse markets and scale them globally. You will also collaborate with world-class channel and partner marketing professionals to create and pilot new consumer experiences that will scale across our partner footprints-from market-maker retailers and strategic retailers to distributors, original equipment manufacturers (OEM) and competitors. ResponsibilitiesOmnichannel Strategy Land best-in-class product launches, key seasonal initiatives, and sustained marketing to drive subscription growth for Microsoft 365. Develop co-marketing opportunities and plans with retail, OEM, Apple, and distribution partners to showcase M365 benefits. Activate ecommerce sales journeys through digital marketing excellence, mobile-first executions, and social commerce strategies. Influence conversion in-store and online through seamless and connected shopper journeys centered on M365 offerings. Work with functional leaders to optimize retail presence across the M365 ecosystem, driving shopper simplification and value articulation. Build brand advocates among retail sellers and consumers through training, evangelism, and community engagement platforms specific to Microsoft 365. Collect and identify test-and-learn opportunities for consideration worldwide, focusing on subscription expansion and retention. Consumer and Partner Marketing Execution Generate global strategy for regional teams and global retail partners, driving adoption and usage of global tools, programs, and playbooks tailored for M365. Develop co-marketing strategies and campaigns in partnership with OEM and Apple marketing teams that can scale across channels to highlight M365's AI-driven productivity features. Review and provide guidance on partner planning and investment strategy to maximize reach and effectiveness across our retail, OEM, Apple, and distribution partners. Apply partner marketing principles to co-create targeted marketing campaigns for M365 to support key business lines, with clear KPIs and marketing value. Use analytics and insights to optimize investment strategies and execution across marketing investments, ensuring ROI and a robust subscriber base. Coordinate with consumer marketing teams across Microsoft to ensure through-the-line, full-funnel marketing planning that consistently showcases M365's core value propositions. Asset Distribution & Localization: Deliver impactful, channel appropriate creative and messaging including localization and distribution of content. Leverage AI-powered test-and-learn strategies to reimagine marketing content creation. Partner with a dedicated leader managing the overall program to ensure best-in-class global execution and local market impact. Team Growth & Development Serve on the M365 Leadership Team, partnering with the worldwide category team to drive global strategy. Manage and participate in functional communities, ensuring effective communication and clarity around M365 priorities. Attract, build, and retain a high-performing, diverse team.
