Position for an energetic, experienced Scrum Master with a proven history of understanding and building complex systems and the ability to work with a team. Responsibilities: * Will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance the spiral development of resilient multi-domain tactical protocols and to evaluate a network's performance using virtual scenarios similar to the missions in which they are intended to service. * Will lead daily standups to address blockers and issues in the software, prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. * Will focus on removing impediments to the team's efforts and delivering user-centric products. * Stay up to date with the latest advancements in technologies and methodologies. Desired Qualifications: * Atlassian Products: The Candidate should be competent with Confluence, Bitbucket, JIRA, Artifactory, JENKINS, and continuous development continuous integration techniques. * The candidate should be competent with managing a JIRA ticket system for the software-based JIRA projects using release cycles. The candidate will be familiar with EPICs, Features, Tasks, and sub-tasks an possess the ability to emphasize priorities up to code freeze in the release cycle. * The candidate should be familiar with code freeze, final human in the loop testing, tag out and release branch management to include versioning. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Computer Science, Network Engineering or equivalent experience * 5-7 years of experience in the software development field/industry * Resourceful, quick learner and the ability to be flexible to changing and dynamic requirements. DoD Test Resource Management Center (TRMC), Amazon Web Services: Familiarity with AWS, govcloud, and AWS vocabulary for architecture implementations. Familiarity with AWS environment and control tools such as AWS portal, web ui, and configuration manager. * Networking: Network design, Network Architecture, Network Topology, Wireless Networking theory and protocols. Network Modeling/Simulation, Network Modeling Tools expertise. Solid foundation in industry/standard network technologies, routers, switches, spanning tree, routing protocols. Familiarity with MANETs and related protocols is a plus. Security Requirements: Secret Clearance required |
