The Peer Success Leaders will act as a guide to support students transition into college successfully and/or continue, by sharing their own challenges/successes as a UNM Anderson student. Peer Success Leaders enrich the student experience by sharing resources and strategies personally used to overcome obstacles and maneuver the educational system. Individuals in this position will support our student engagement programming initiatives, provide office support and work as a team to develop and facilitate student success/engagement events for Anderson students. Peer Success Leaders are representatives for their concentrations and the Anderson School of Management. These positions are offered in Summer, Fall and Spring semesters based on availability. If you like working with others and want to make a difference this is the position for you. As a Peer Success Leader, you will have the opportunity to positively impact the journeys of fellow Lobos. Required Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications Enrolled in a degree seeking program at UNM, Enrolled at least half-time (6 hours) at UNM for fall and spring semesters (Audit hours do not count), and if Work Study, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress. Preferred Qualifications
