OB/GYN for UNC Health Women Goldsboro, NC

Goldsboro, NC is located one hour east of Raleigh and less than two hours from the North Carolina coast. Great weather, a welcoming community with an energized downtown and a low cost of living. It's a mid-sized town with easy access to a large city lifestyle and a community hospital that is part of one of the country's top-rated health systems, UNC Health. The practice has 2 OB/GYNs and 4 Midwives.

MD/DO UNC Women's Health at Goldsboro, NC

UNCPN/ UNC Women's Health at Goldsboro is seeking a MD or DO. If this is the position for you please apply!

Responsibilities:

  • Full panel Women Health Services
  • Well-woman exam
  • Infertility services
  • Pre-pregnancy counseling
  • STD screening and treatment
  • In-office procedures and more

Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited Medical or DO school
  • One or more years of full panel primary care experienced preferred
  • New Grad are highly welcome
  • North Carolina licensed

Education Requirements:
* Active member of the Rex Hospital Medical Staff, including meeting the Board Certification requirements. Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
* Board Certified Internal Medicine
* DEA;ACLS;MD
Professional Experience Requirements:
* Prefer prior hospitalist experience.
Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements:
* Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.

REASONING ABILITY

High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
