AO/Programmer Analyst

JOB: AllianceBernstein L.P. seeks AO/Programmer Analyst in Nashville, TN to analyze, design, develop, deploy, and support Web, Desktop and Mobile applications to enhance the business/operational processes in use by Private Wealth clients, advisors, associates and operations.  Develop and support the systems used to develop and maintain these applications.  Design, develop, deploy and support proprietary applications utilizing a diverse set of leading-edge technology. Work with state-of-the-art technologies to create applications that solve complex financial issues for clients and support advisors and their teams in their interactions with clients. Contribute to all areas of development (front-end/service layer/database). Must be available to work in office 3 days per week. Work from home is permissible 2 days per week.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Skills: Experience and/or education must include:

1.         Server-side software development using Microsoft C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET;

2.         C# to create new and maintain existing websites and web services and associated DLLs;

3.         ASP.Net to create new and maintain existing websites;

4.         Writing models and controllers to create RESTful APIs with C#/ASP.NET using Web API;

5.         Html and JavaScript to develop and maintain web UI components and applications; and

6.         SQL Server to create, develop and maintain tables, stored procedures, SQL scripts for storing and reading data from the websites and other applications.
