Position Overview

The Riverside Research Marketing and Communications team has an immediate opening for a full-time Creative Designer in Beavercreek, Ohio. This candidate will support senior Creative Designers on all aspects of business operations, including internal communications, external marketing, presentation/publication design, and visualization (diagrams, graphs, and infographics). In addition to graphic design, you will have the opportunity to learn new aspects of visual communications and multimedia production while collaborating with the Marketing and Communications team.



Responsibilities

    Develop and execute concepts for a variety of creative projects through Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Collaborate with a creative team of designers and participate in team discussions to find the best technical solutions
  • Provide graphic design layouts for visually compelling presentations, publications, and infographics through Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign
  • Conceptualize and illustrate technical graphics and data visualizations using Adobe Illustrator
  • Design internal communications, such as newsletters and flyers
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of branding and identity

Create marketing materials and advertising in printed and digital formats



Qualifications

  • Minimum associate's degree in graphic design or related field (or comparable experience)
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Applies a strong understanding of graphic design in page layout for flyers, PowerPoint slides, and short publications
  • Demonstrates thoughtful digital illustration, including technical drawings, logos, diagrams, graphs, and illustrative concepts
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Word and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Comfortable working on a PC

$68,000 - $75,000 This represents the typical compensation range for this position based on experience, location and other factors.
