Job Overview:

Schneider is seeking a Customer Operations Manager in Phoenix to develop and grow the relationship with one of Schneider's customers. The Customer Operations Manager will be located on-site at a customer location and will lead a team that is accountable for the execution of the customer's business strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Be accountable for the overall customer experience, which includes service, engagement, responsiveness, ease of doing business and value add
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for both Schneider and the customer
  • Seek opportunities to expand the customer account
  • Develop an understanding of the customer's supply chain in order to identify and capitalize on improvement opportunities that would provide value to the customer

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years of relevant work experience
  • Have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Have a desire for innovation
  • Able to set a clear direction for associates
  • Can leverage the ideas of a variety of perspectives
