Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our fast-paced workers' compensation team in Wayne, PA. This role provides crucial support to our case managers by managing document processing, data entry, and various administrative tasks.

Initial Pay: $17-19/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and upload over 100 documents daily into our system, ensuring accurate transfer to the client's system
  • Provide administrative and clerical support, including mailing letters and printing documents
  • Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy
  • Manage messages, appointments, file maintenance, department office supplies, and mail
  • Research, compile, and proofread word processing assignments
  • Operate automated office equipment efficiently
  • Support various functional areas of the company as needed


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Ability to report to the Wayne, PA office daily
  • Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new software systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous workflow and minimal downtime
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting
