Location: Green Bay, WI, USA Shift: 1st Shift Work model: Hybrid Schedule: FULLTIME; Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst in Green Bay to provide financial systems support and analysis on a broad spectrum of operational and financial issues. The Financial Systems Analyst will also take on month-end close responsibilities. Responsibilities: Test, debug, implement and support new and existing systems. Analyze operating procedures and policies and provide recommendations when appropriate. Provide input on re-engineering and streamlining opportunities for various departments. Implement new financial systems applications. Participate in the strategic planning of new technology. Ensure seamless execution between the general ledger and other financial systems processes. Establish processes and controls to ensure data integrity between applications. Skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or computer science. A minimum of three years of financial, operational or analytical experience. Advanced knowledge of automated financial systems, including Oracle. Strong analytical skills.
