Overview
This is a hybrid role with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office located in Phoenix, AZ. The Human Resources Generalist guides and supports the daily operations of the Human Resources (HR) department supporting Innovation Banking. Creates, updates, and applies all HR policies and company guidelines and makes sure they adhere to standards and laws. Supports HR stakeholders and executes on matters such as succession planning, recognition, talent development, and talent acquisition. Analyzes and manages reports pertaining to employee data. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in Human Resources consulting or as a Human Resources business partner OR High School Diploma or GED and 6 years of experience in Human Resources consulting or as a Human Resources business partner Preferred Area of Study: Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field Preferred Qualifications:
