The Director, Field Operations Standards is responsible for aligning and overseeing the operational standards of the National Field Operations team. This role contributes to the development, standardization, and implementation of company policies and processes. The Senior Director will drive transformational change and execute strategies to deliver best in class business results. The focus is on improving efficiency, quality standards, securing competitive advantage, and differentiating the company in the market from a customer first perspective. A deep understanding of technical and operational matters within the Broadband industry is crucial for resolving complex issues. Collaboration across departments is essential to ensure clear communication on initiatives, process changes, and any other matters impacting customers and employees. Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 10 years' related experience, including at least 5 years' managerial experience. Benefits Offered

Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $91,766 - $138,960 Equal Opportunity Employer
