The Charge Nurse plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining efficient unit operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to patient-centered care. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
1. Current and valid state RN License
2. Current BCLS (AHA) upon hire and maintained current.
3. Current ACLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire and maintained current.
4. Bachelor Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
