You will support Bloomberg Industry Group's Content & Analysis team by owning and executing learning and development initiatives. You will help senior level stakeholders to plan, create, and deliver onboarding, training, and development programs. You will oversee our early career talent acquisition efforts by leading the summer intern and annual fellowship programs. What you will do:
  • Oversee Learning & Development:
    • Plan concise, engaging, and effective training with supporting materials that enable learners to apply what they have learned into day-to-day workflows to improve job performance.
    • Track, report, and evaluate training programs for participation and effectiveness; make recommendations for new solutions and to improve existing offerings.
    • Manage before, during, and after logistics for training sessions.
    • Work with stakeholders to analyze business problems and develop learning offerings as a solution
  • Oversee Early Career Acquisition:
    • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to scope requirements and recruit summer interns and annual fellowship cohorts.
    • Manage and create programming for annual cohorts of early career fellows and summer interns.
You need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Seven years' experience with five years in the areas of learning and development, manager development, talent management, people management, or instructional organizational development.
  • Experience in content, project, and program creation and coordination
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively while maintaining an eye for details
  • Experience in facilitating small, midsize, and large group discussions and trainings
  • Proven experience in process creation and optimization
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn additional software as needed
