Windows System Engineer

Our team is essential in delivering our own services while supporting the efficiency of other teams. Employees interact with technology through devices, making our role crucial.

The ideal candidate seeks out data informed decisions, understanding the balance between effective end point management and a phenomenal customer experience. You're highly autonomous yet enjoy a close nit team committed to delivering outstanding results. Quick context switching is a must as no two workdays are the same. You'll move between advanced user support requests, team meetings or work planning sessions, and collaborating with other teams to deliver on our objectives. Developing automation and self-service tools are key to our ability to deliver solutions quicker and more efficiently.

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Intune (including Autopilot) configuration, policies, mobile device and mobile application practices.
• Expertise in Microsoft Entra ID including but not limited to conditional access policies.
• Experience packaging and deploying applications, preferably through self service solutions such as Microsoft Company Portal.
• Design, build, test, automate, and deploy Windows endpoints across a global enterprise.
• Proactively stay ahead of end point industry security standard methodologies and maintain compliance through automation.
• Experience deploying Windows 365 and Azure Virtual Desktop for a global enterprise.
• Strong proficiency with automation via PowerShell or equivalent software development skills.

• Communication skills are key to the role. You can discuss technical architecture with your peers or other technical experts while simultaneously being able to talk directly with customers in their language.
• Focus on balancing technical complexity with cost efficiency all while measuring our goals in terms of improving the customer experience.
• You approach work with the perspective of a project coordinator. You consider peers, resources, blockers, and liaise with other teams to deliver results on time. If you encounter blockers or risks communicate quickly and concisely to the Product Owner or other leadership.
• Digital Employee Experience is part of your overall work strategy. You research and recommend new technologies to enhance happiness and efficiency.
