PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to teams, departments, and leadership by ensuring seamless coordination of administrative tasks. This role is instrumental in maintaining operational efficiency by managing schedules, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and supporting project execution. As part of a global organization driving sustainable change, the Administrative Assistant contributes to the overall success of Worley by enabling teams to focus on delivering innovative solutions in the energy, chemicals, and resources sectors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide administrative support to individuals, teams, and departments by managing daily operations, maintaining records, and facilitating communication.
- Prepare and distribute reports, charts, budgets, and presentation materials to support business functions and decision-making.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and group activities to ensure seamless scheduling and operational efficiency.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Maintain and enhance document management systems, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and accessibility of information.
- Assist in analyzing data to identify trends and insights that support business processes and efficiency improvements.
- Utilize advanced word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software to create and manage documents and presentations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as required.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance administrative workflows and overall efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices in all administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLSET
- Secondary school education or equivalent, with relevant experience in administrative support roles.
- Experience in providing high-level support to department managers and leadership teams.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to team success.
- Understanding of systems, processes, and tools relevant to administrative operations, with the ability to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive business information.
