As the Senior Manager of Change Management Communications, you will lead communication strategies that align with and support organizational transformation goals. This role is integral to ensuring that change is clearly understood, embraced, and effectively implemented across Worley. From shaping the messaging for structural, process, cultural, and operational changes to engaging employees throughout transitions, you will play a key role in the Worley's success. This role offers the flexibility to be performed remotely from a U.S.-based location. Responsibilities:
