JOB SUMMARY The Director of Gift Administration serves as a member of the Advancement Services Leadership Team and is integral to UT Southwestern's donor gift processing unit. The Director manages the Gift Administration team and is responsible for all aspects of the strategy and operations related to philanthropic revenue from all donor sources. BENEFITS
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Required
Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
10 years progressively responsible experience managing a gift administration team and related infrastructure Expert understanding of gift administration functions, industry best practices, and campaign revenue reporting Successful experience implementing policies and best practice procedures in a complex, matrixed fundraising environment
Master's Degree and AASP membership
5 years of supervisory/managerial experience strongly preferred JOB DUTIES
