Description
Join a team of professionals where you will be responsible for handling and processing parts pre and post-thermal spray coating operations. Responsibilities may include consumable materials inventory management and completing shipping and receiving operations. This is an entry-level position with training provided on the thermal spray process.
Come Build with Us by:
  • Understanding, and adhering to company policies, procedures, and work instructions that apply to this role.
  • Unpacking and examining incoming part shipments, reporting damaged items, recording shortages and reporting them to the supervisor or manager.
  • Cleaning and masking parts to prepare for thermal spray coating.
  • De-masking, cleaning, and performing touch-ups of coated parts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of consumable production material and proactively communicate inventory requirements.
  • Reporting product deficiencies to supervision.
  • Performing other duties as necessary.
Bring Your Expertise:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in manufacturing preferred but not required, ability to work effectively and efficiently on a team with minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills; attention to detail and follow through.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty-five pounds in a safe manner and request assistance when needed.
  • Must have fine motor control for detailed manual work.
  • Able to sit, walk and stand for extended periods.
