About the Job

High Science, HCP, Oncology

As Group Copy Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of copy across multiple brands, developing innovative campaigns and tactics that drive strategic brand solutions. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to maintain creative integrity and supervise the growth and development of copy team members. You will present creative work to internal teams and clients, leading discussions to elevate the work and drive business results.

A Day in the Life

  • Oversee and contribute to copy content that is on-strategy, original, and compelling, while guiding the creation of language that resonates with varied audiences.
  • Provide art direction guidance and develops new, bold creative ideas to support brand goals, while managing day-to-day copy needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Account, Strategy, and Project Management, to drive creative vision.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking, championing client marketplaces, competition, and marketing objectives, while creating innovative ideas that meet client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear presentations, thorough understanding of brand data, and strategic direction.
  • Supervise, mentors, and inspires copy teams, delegating tasks and providing feedback to ensure creative vision and deadlines are met.
  • Partner with leadership to drive personal career growth, team dynamics, and agency success.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Marketing, Advertising, Visual Communications) preferred, with 6+ years of experience in the marketing/advertising business.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating strong and consistent writing ability required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
  • Knowledge of healthcare copywriting, social media, and digital best practices, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with others.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey expertise and passion for the work.

Salary
115,000 - 160,000
The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
