Responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of materials within the organization.

Essential Functions
-Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of materials, parts, and supplies.

-Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

-Coordinate with internal stakeholders to forecast and plan material requirements.

-Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts, excess inventory, and obsolescence.

-Collaborate with procurement teams to coordinate the purchase of materials and supplies.

-Review and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.

-Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

-Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement and deliveries.

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in materials management, inventory control, or procurement. 3-5 years required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience with inventory management systems or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and procurement transactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
