Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road - Brooklyn, Ohio 44144ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) This job will report to the Senior Manager of Business Banking Strategy & Operation Support and will be responsible for managing strategic initiatives for the line of business. This role will focus on digital experiences and own creating alignment between the line of business and cross-functional partners. This role will work as part of a team responsible for Business Banking strategy and eliminating friction from client and employee experiences. This role will lead the planning and prioritization for current and future digital capabilities, in partnership with Commercial Servicing and Onboarding, Business Risk, Product, and Marketing. This is a high exposure role that requires expertise in building relationships and executive reporting. A strategic thinker who is adept and aligning matrixed teams will be most successful in this role. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Assignments with this role will vary based on current areas of focus and Business Banking projects in flight, including but not limited to the following:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

COMPETENCIES Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business partner strategy; Financial acumen Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; beginning to develop ability to organize information in clear, consistent format; Capacity to develop ability to articulate a clear, well-thought out message and formal delivery; Minimal skills in creating PowerPoint presentations Leadership: Able to work independently under general direction / supervision Partnering / Influencing: Ability to build relationships, partner, and influence Critical Thinking / Problem Solving: Developing critical thinking skills; Can analyze simple issues with low complexity; Can give perspective to the team addressing basic business/analytical problems and challenges; Recognizes need to escalate issues in a timely manner Process Management: Good at figuring out the processes necessary to get things done; knows how to organize people and activities; understands how to separate and combine tasks into efficient workflow; knows what to measure and how to measure it; can see opportunities for synergy and integration where others can't; can simplify complex processes; gets more out of fewer resources. Planning: Accurately scopes out length and difficulty of tasks and projects; sets objectives and goals; breaks down work into the process steps; develops schedules and task/people assignments; anticipates and adjusts for problems and roadblocks; measures performance again goals; evaluates results. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $112,000 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
