Join our dynamic team as a key collaborator with our Enterprise Product Management group, as a Project Coordination Administrator coordinating efforts across the entire team. In this role, you'll engage in both operational development and project work, leveraging smart apps to enhance team coordination, create compelling presentation decks, and support various operational areas. You'll play a crucial role in coordinating all corporate enterprise development activities, from resource planning to operational initiatives, as well as roadmap and project planning.

Your responsibilities will include extensive documentation, crafting technical documents and presentations, and assisting with ITSM support coordination. This technical role requires managing project schedules and plans, acting independently to schedule resources, and monitoring the scope and progress of software and infrastructure implementation projects.

As a subject matter expert (SME), you'll bring your broad expertise and unique knowledge to contribute significantly to our company objectives. You'll tackle highly complex and diverse projects, addressing significant and unique challenges that require evaluating intangible factors. Your independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria will be key to obtaining innovative solutions.

This role will be filled to work remotely from any location in the United States.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintains detailed project schedule that includes standard tasks and milestones necessary to complete software development projects.
  • Monitors project scope and progress to adjust project plans and resource assignments as needed.
  • Assists with development of effective project status updates to ensure that progress is successfully monitored.
  • Monitors progress of projects and provides status updates to resource managers.
  • Creates, updates and maintains implementation and resource availability calendars.
  • Creates project folders and establishes projects in information management systems.
  • Assists with billing and other administrative processes associated with projects.
  • Provides regularly written implementation updates at a department level.
  • Coordinate meetings, including travel arrangements and expense reports.
  • Monitors incoming cases and contracts to ensure that projects are created and scheduled in a timely manner.
  • Maintains the department revenue backlog to ensure that contracts are being recognized when the project is considered active.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 10 years of experience in technical software project coordination, enterprise software implementation, or project scheduling.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • PROSCI certification.
  • ITIL and Agile methodologies expertise.
  • Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Experience in software development.
  • Project Management Certification.
  • Smart Sheet experience.
