NOTICE OF FILING UNDER THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF LABOR'S

PERMANENT LABOR CERTIFICATION PROGRAM

Finance Manager, Gartner, Inc., Fort Myers, FL. Collaborate with senior leaders and their leadership teams to ensure all reporting and analytics are performed in an accurate and timely manner. Provide analytical and business support to the corporate services business units to ensure they are equipped with the insight and analysis to support investments. Participate the annual budget and quarterly forecasting process. Identify areas of risk and opportunities to enhance business models. Provide analysis for the quarterly earnings release. Provide support for long range planning. Work with finance, operations, external data sets: extract data from sources across multiple platforms and synthesize into dashboards and present the recommendations to business partners. Create annual budgets and forecasts using Oracle Hyperion or similar Applications. Gather requirements and build automated decision support tools for internal stakeholders. Provide requirements and manage the implementation of the analytics warehouse data model to fulfill monthly and ad-hoc reporting needs.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. $108,826/yr.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field, and three (3) years of related work experience in business analytics or data science. In the alternative, the employer will accept seven (7) years of related work experience in business analytics or data science.

Must have two (2) years of experience in/with the following:

  • Designing and developing dashboards using self-service analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI;
  • Troubleshooting and testing dashboard completion; and
  • Ensuring stakeholders are informed and updated.

Must have one (1) year of experience in/with the following:

  • Knowledge of business operations;
  • SQL, data analysis and data mining;
  • Scripting and data analysis languages, such as Python and R;
  • Summarizing and presenting meaningful financial data both verbally and in writing;
  • Operating in a global and multicultural environment; and
  • Quantitative modeling and statistical analysis.

Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable.
