Provista is a leading group purchasing organization (GPO) and business solutions provider, specializing in supply chain management, procurement optimization, and operational efficiency for various industries, including non-acute healthcare, hospitality, and corporate sectors.

Summary:

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of customer RFPs, optimize key business processes, and track performance metrics to drive strategic decision-making. You will gather competitive intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and foster cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and impact. Additionally, you will develop training programs to strengthen team capabilities and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role manages a variety of initiatives, requiring the ability to navigate complexity and thrive in ambiguity while driving meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and refine the RFP response process to align with branding, messaging, and competitive intelligence, enhancing quality and efficiency.

  • Oversee and optimize program execution, ensuring projects stay on track, deliverables are met, and processes continuously improve based on evolving business needs.

  • Establish and track key performance metrics, providing executive-level reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence to deliver market insights that inform strategic decision-making.

  • Identify and drive key business initiatives that accelerate revenue growth and operational efficiency.

  • Facilitate collaboration across sales, marketing, analytics, and supplier engagement teams to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.

  • Design and enhance training programs to strengthen sales and delivery team capabilities in alignment with business strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Experience in program management, business development, or strategic operations, with strong knowledge of RFP management, contract utilization, and supplier engagement strategies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research, financial analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and resolve member/supplier issues effectively.

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities, working with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and supplier teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and CRM/project management platforms.

  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
