Summary
Department based internship. Incumbent receives academic credit in accordance with school and internship guidelines. Internship provides hands-on learning experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Intelligent Automation (IA) Intern. As an IA Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field of process automation.
Essential Functions:
1.Assist in RPA Development: Collaborate with the IA team to design, develop, test, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
2.Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas where automation can enhance efficiency and accuracy.
3.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
4.Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
5.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate IA solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
6.Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends to contribute fresh insights and ideas to the team.

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Strong oral communication skills.

  • Ability to take and follow direction.

  • Eagerness to learn and apply robotic process automation tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate).

  • Exposure to programming languages preferred.

Schedule requirements:

  • This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.

  • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.

  • Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant

  • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
