The Artificial Intelligence (AI) Product Marketing team is looking for a motivated, self-starting, and team-oriented Product Marketing Operations Analyst/Sr Analyst to join us as we focus on product marketing strategy and execution for Salesforce's artificial intelligence products. At Salesforce, our product marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver ground-breaking product demos to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, content strategy, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.The ideal candidate is a results-oriented project manager with the ability to communicate effectively, encourage sound decision making, and guide the teams they work with to successfully deliver on commitments. This individual will drive the execution of cross-functional creative and product marketing initiatives with a high level of comfort facilitating and coaching teams in a fast paced, solutions-oriented environment. Required Skills
  • 4+ years of agency and/or in-house project management experience in the creative space with strong command of the creative process for the development of digital and traditional media
  • Orchestrate the efforts of cross-functional teams to deliver projects like strategic launches, awareness campaigns, and events to ensure all stakeholders are updated and aligned
  • Facilitate multiple projects at once, set priorities, problem solve, improvise, and function as part of a team that often must perform under pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (verbal/presentation/written) with the confidence to facilitate team discussions and resolve conflict
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, weekly meetings, and presentations
  • Create and communicate timelines, track milestones/tasks with assigned teams end-to-end, and secure feedback/approvals from cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Minimize project delivery risks by identifying and removing barriers that block the team's ability to meet project objectives
  • Develop and implement new processes where appropriate
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in marketing and/or product marketing
  • Self-starter who can prioritize workload in a strict, deadline-oriented environment
  • "Get-it-done" confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
  • Willing and able to work independently and in groups

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $140,200. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $81,400 to $140,200. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
