What you'll do with "Our Support and Your Experience"

  • Team Leader: Lead a team cross functional dedicated and designated local sellers to accomplish booking and KPI goals.
  • Healthcare Champion: Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration of enterprise healthcare security solutions and clinical technology products & services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other CDC resources such as Service Sales, National Operations, Vertical Markets, Legal, and Healthcare Vertical teams to optimize solution offerings and operations to improve the customer experience and Convergint profitability.
  • Market Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, and related stakeholders.
  • Enterprise Account Management: Maintain high level decision maker relationships with key customers while developing and executing strategic growth plans.
  • Technical Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of Physical Security (PhySec) technologies and clinical technologies, with the ability to evaluate and contrast different architectures and technology solutions.
  • Executive-Level Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with C-suite executives-both internally and externally.
  • Contract & Negotiation: Possess a strong understanding legal contract structures including terms and pricing.
  • Coaching and Mentoring: Provide leadership in coaching colleagues, reviewing proposals, and ensuring adherence to minimum margin thresholds.
  • Pricing Strategy: Coordinate regional and Healthcare Vertical Team colleagues and lead pricing strategies that maximize wins and profitability.
  • Product Partner Enablement: Foster partnerships with key product partners that offer the best opportunities to achieve revenue and gross profit margin targets.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly meet with leadership to review performance metrics, report progress, and strategize for growth.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other tasks as necessary to support Convergint's global accounts and company-wide objectives.

  • Proven history of prospecting and acquiring new customers.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Expertise in assigned vertical market and territory.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong team player and communicator with an ability to work under pressure in a structured environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, ability to influence others and support a sales team.
  • Experience in participating in the recruitment process.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office.

Requirements:

Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience

Minimum Experience: 5-7 years sales including 2 years in the area of commercial (electronic security, fire alarm, systems integration)

Preferred Experience: (but not required):



  • NICET Level III or higher - NCET IV
