ERG is seeking an Administrative Manager to support a variety of administrative, IT management, and operational tasks. This role will work closely with IT teams, program managers, technical staff, and government clients to ensure seamless operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking in a dynamic environment.
This position will be full-time at the federal site in Indian Head, MD, and will include interaction and support from ERG personnel at the federal site as well as from ERG's Indian Head and Fairfax, VAoffices. Indian Head is approximately 30 miles from Washington, DC, 25 miles from Alexandria, VA, and 60 miles from Fredericksburg, VA.

Job Description:
  • IT Management: Oversee and manage access to Navy systems, including NMCI, Flankspeed, and other IT resources. Troubleshoot and coordinate support for IT issues.
  • Administrative Support: Manage employee training, timekeeping, performance reviews, and attendance records. Coordinate professional development and ensure compliance with Navy policies.
  • Equipment & Resource Management: Track and manage Navy property, including laptops, seats, and personal protective equipment (PPE). Ensure proper use and storage of equipment.
  • Operational Coordination: Provide onsite administrative support, assist with program management, and facilitate communication between Navy personnel and internal teams
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent work experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • 5+ years administrative or human resources experience
  • Previous experience with Navy or government contracting preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experiencewith NMCI, Flankspeed, Everbridge, TWMS, ESAMS preferred
