SCOPE: The Senior Manager of the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) is responsible for overseeing the organization's sponsored programs and grant activities. This role encompasses both pre-award, end-to-end department processes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations, and enhancing the organization's funding portfolio.
