Summary/Objective: Leadership Development Directors are responsible for bringing to life the Lippert Culture throughout the part of the organization they support. They partner with functional leadership to effectively integrate and develop leadership and culture at every layer of the organization, with intent to help drive the business and culture forward. Using the Lippert Leadership Development model, they work to develop individuals, teams, and business to achieve their full potential, through the lens of our Core Values and Leader Qualities. There is a heavy emphasis on the engagement and development of leaders at the executive, divisional, and frontline levels, where they serve as a trainer, coach, and trusted advisor to our business leaders. They provide assessment, evaluation, and accountability of key leaders and teams for developmental growth. They work as part of a global Leadership Development team to bring varied expertise and function to the overall strengthening of Lippert. The role's effectiveness and relevance are measured through influence built and impact on the individuals and teams with whom they work. They help maintain the organizational health of the teams they support, keeping our organizational identity alive in those within their span of care: our vision to make Business a Force for Good and our mission to build meaningful relationships with our customers, our co-workers, and our communities! They lead a small team of development professionals in the execution of department initiatives; collaborate with other Culture & Leadership teams to ensure alignment of all people and culture activities; and partner closely with operational/functional leaders and HR to help drive the business. Supervisory Responsibility: This position will have supervisory responsibility. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear. requires standing, walking. May be exposed to prolong sitting in front of a computer screen. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position, and the expected work hours are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday; weekend, travel, and overnight work is also necessary. Travel: Potential 40% of travel locally and nonlocal - overnight travel. Preferred Education and Experience:
