About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a Cultural Resources Team Lead for our Wyoming/Montana Team. The Cultural Resources Team Lead is responsible for providing highly effective, dynamic management and leadership within the Wyoming/Montana Cultural Resources Program by managing staff, projects, and clients. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of developing new business, managing projects, meeting financial goals, and mentoring others to do the same. The Cultural Resources Team Lead reports to the Senior Office Director of our Sheridan, WY office. The Sheridan, WY office offers a collaborative and supportive work environment, and specializes in cultural, natural, and paleontological resource management, environmental planning, permitting, and regulatory compliance. This is a regular, full-time, salaried position that will be based out of Sheridan, Wyoming. Highly qualified remote candidates will be considered depending upon location and qualifications. Remote candidates will be expected to occasionally travel to the office located in Sheridan, WY. What you will accomplish The Cultural Resources Team Lead will manage current projects and contracts, while participating in the development of a forward-looking plan for the team. This position will require highly-developed critical thinking skills to recognize and solve problems proactively and independently, as well as identify and mitigate risks and impediments through persistence, creative thinking, and a focus on client satisfaction. An employee in this Sheridan,WY - based position can expect a salary of $81,120/year-$106,000/year. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.
