Senior Program Director

Peraton is seeking a Senior Program Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead executive for all financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of a major prime Department of Homeland Security (DHS) contract and all components of the Task Orders. The Senior Director is also the Key interface with DHS executives. Manages, directs and allocates resources to support the program; supported by Contractor corporate executives to make sure that they provide on-time delivery of top-quality services to DHS. The ideal candidate will work in our Northern Virginia location.

Day to Day Work Responsibilities:

Leads financial, technical, administrative and personnel program activities (including monthly PMRs) to meet all contractual obligations in adherence to the DHS's processes, procedures, and directives

• Serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for program leadership

• Provides technical and financial progress reports to contractor and customer program leadership and participates in steering committee meetings and Government leadership presentations

• Oversees cross-project planning for contractor resources scheduling milestones, and deliverables for on-time submission of contract deliverables

• Identifies, assesses, and resolves complex business issues and risk and facilities resolution and risk mitigation

• Ensures Peraton Contractor back-office support to properly process invoicing

• Oversees personnel security clearance requirements and manages performance assessments and program performance objectives including stabilize and secure the network, modernize to improve mission outcomes, evaluations integrate all of the Peraton's systems, and create the collaborative partnership with DHS and subcontractor companies.

Basic Qualifications:

• 18 years of experience, may have management experience

• Must have over 15 years of IT experience, including expertise in building, operating, and enhancing environments similar to DHS.

• 10 years of experience managing enterprise-level infrastructure programs with similar scope and complexity

• Demonstrated experience managing teams of IT professionals supporting a large enterprise environment

• Demonstrated experience interfacing with customer senior leadership

• PMI PMP certification

• ITIL4 Managing Professionals certification

• U.S. Citizenship required; must have an active Top Secret clearance.

Preferred Qualificaitions:

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Sciences, Mathematics or Engineering
